Location was good

Front desk person was not all that helpful in finding a place to eat dinner. I asked if he could recommend a restaurant, and he said “at this time of night”….indicating it was late, but it was only 6:30pm!

The service and the breakfast was great.,the location was on time,very clean inside an out.

Big room

Toilet didn’t work and room seemed dated

Our room had a distinctive smell to it, but the stall claimed it didn’t. It was also dirty and it looked like no one had straightened up. Lampshades were at a tilt. We stayed in an accessible room, but what they used to make a regular tub accessible was ridiculous. Fortunately, we did not need the accessibility feature.

It was excellent.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and overall exceeded my expectations — but what truly stood out was the exceptional customer service. After checking out, I realized I had accidentally left my Apple Watch in the room. To my surprise, the hotel called me first thing the next morning to let me know they found it. They walked me through exactly what I needed to do to have it picked up and shipped back to me, and they handled everything with so much care. When the package arrived, it was carefully packed and secure, clearly handled with attention and professionalism. Throughout the entire process, the staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive. I’m so grateful for their honesty and dedication. It’s rare to see this level of genuine hospitality, and it made my experience truly stress-free. I highly recommend this hotel and will absolutely stay here again!

Very clean and well maintained. Staff was very courteous!

Pool wasn’t heated. Hours for pool and hot tub were only from Dawn to Dusk.

Room had broken items and a very bad smell. The hotel staff denied the smell. The room (room 302) was supposedly a handicapped room, but the contraption they had installed of a seat that lowered over a regular tub could not be used by a handicapped person because they would not be able to step over the tall side of the tub. Also, the seat would not raise as the holder was broken so that a person had a very small area to take a shower in.
