"The worst hotel ever or the worst app ever !"

I only liked the view, to be honest, and the cleaning service.

I didn't like the hospitality. Nobody can communicate like an educated person and talk the english language. We had a hard time comprehending what they were saying by using google Translate. Furthermore, after a 10 hour flight, we arrived at the hotel tired and gave them the receipt of the booking, but they didn't lend us a room, and we already booked one by your app. I don't know if it is your fault or their fault or both. They told us all rooms were full. We then went to another hotel and booked a room. In the end, this was one of the worst hospitality of the worst hotels in the world, and if it was not their fault It was yours. Sorry to say these kinds of words, but it is the truth. We went through a lot that day.
