Cleanness and the staff

Well for one I was supposed to have a room on the first floor and it was supposed to have two beds my room was on the second floor and I only had one bed! I was very disappointed when I arrived there

The sheets were stain and had crumbs on the bed Like they didn’t change the sheets Thankfully I always carry my own blankets they could do so much better with that

People were constantly cleaning. It showed that they cared.

I didn’t like the water on the floor by the elevator.. from the pool.. Your workers did a great job trying to keep up with it.
