According to the app, the room was still listed as available, and my payment was successfully processed. I contacted customer support via chat to request a refund, but I was informed that this type of booking is non-refundable. Given that I was charged for a room that was not actually available, I expect a full refund to be issued to my card.

Right on the route I was taking

I have never stayed in a hotel where you could not close the curtains all the way!! The window faced a busy, well lit road. If u can’t sleep unless it’s really dark you will be in trouble. Rooms could use a refresher too

"I have stayed here for years, mostly satisfied. This trip disappointed."

I lost money in a vending machine. Front desk could not refund money. Did give me two bottles of water. Had to take a cold shower in the morning as no hot water came through the shower.
