Knights Inn New Florence

I was very impressed at how clean the property was. The Staff was also very pleasant.

Great place to stay, far price, and great staff

The lock on the door was broken and we couldn't lock it. The bathroom wasn't very clean.

While the staff was very friendly, that was about all we liked about our stay. Beds were very uncomfortable, no coffee makers in the room, breakfast was beyond basic and milk was left out on the counter during breakfast hours, no juice in the machine, and second morning there was no coffee. We paid almost double because of the time we traveled yet had very, very poor amenities.

Needs a little updating but rooms were clean. Not much offered for breakfast

The bed was a little hard for me but it was tolerable and I didn’t think there was much on the breakfast bar.

The outside of the hotel was very nice but the inside was a different story. The hallway was sprayed with an overpowering smell that choked me up. Our room was very, very musty smelling and seemed to get worse. The bed spread was nasty looking, whether it was dirty or stained I'm not sure.. We took them off immediately. The breakfast area was another gross area. The coffee counter was stained, unpainted, and filthy looking. The milk and juice was left out on the counter and was getting warm when we went for breakfast. When the employee cleaned up and put away the breakfast area, he used a napkin to clean the waffle and cereal area. He then took the milk and the leftover pancake mix from the machine and put it in the frig to reuse..after both had been left out for at least 3 hours.. As we were checking out, an older, handicapped man was telling the staff about their toilet, how it was broke, and how smelly their room was.. We will not be returning!
