Bare walls! A picture or stick on wall mural would brighten the grey walls.

The elevator was difficult to use and the shower was not the best

when booking was made it noted that parking and breakfast were included, but there was in fact not included as advertised and only a deal between the hotel and expensive parking building located out the back of the building, and breakfast was a voucher for an average cafe down the street. facilities were very tired and average, room was not in great condition or clean. the carparking building that the staff directed us to had human urine and feces in the accessway back through to the accommodation. The stay was not good or worth the money, and was very disappointing for a holiday experience.

A great location in good walking distance of trains, buses and ferries. Central Auckland location close to everything
