Nothing the General manager was horrific. They double charged my card for the room which flagged it for fraud and it declined it. No one called me to let me know this so my family and I arrived and were told we didn’t have rooms they sold them out

Manager was not accommodating treated me like absolute garbage. I will never stay at a Holiday Inn again.

Room was extremely dirty with heaps of dust on the window valance. Moldy caulk throughout the bathroom. Tissues were out and towels stained.
