Check in was not good. Showed up at 9 minutes to 3pm They would not check me in till 3pm. So I stood there for 9 minutes till the reception acknowledged me. Don’t need to stay at this hotel. There are many others around.

"Negligent Staff"

Staff marked me as a no show then booked someone into my room. Allowing someone to walk into my room at 11pm while i was asleel. Almost resulting into an unfortunate incident

The front staff was so nice at check in . The housekeepers this morning were also very friendly. The breakfast was really good great variety . Our room was clean and very quiet.
