Hotel Alpana

To much time taking for any food order.

What shows on internet and what getting totally different. Poor maintained, when I visited last time it was much better. But this totally disaster.

The Hotel has become quite old. There were water droplets on walls due to moisture. They dont provide stool to sit while bathing. which is must for elders. The AC is centralized but time to time it is not effective in cooling. only plus points are big room, hotel is in the main market. all ghats are within walking distance. so recommending this hotel to all

Room is spacious.

Food at restaurant is expensive and whenever we ordered food, the staff will stand next to us to chat and we don't have privacy to enjoy the food. We found this behaviour quite uncomfortable. Plus same staff chased us to room to ask for tips as he knew next day we will do check out and he will start his shift past 9am

Excellent location and very friendly behaviour from the staffs.

Rooms are not weel maintained and plaster was coming off which doesn't look good. Also can keep room heater as well as rooms were quite cold.

Staff was friendly

Hotel needs a radiator for winter
