Oliva Plaza Hotel

Avoid staying here if you can. This is a luxury motel. The parking is terrible if planning on renting a car. If you get to the hotel around 9pm, the parking is full and will make you park on the street. The staff was rude and even made a sexist comment when I was struggling to park. He said something along the lines of “no wonder they make fun of women”. The towels are rough and smell terrible even though we get “fresh” ones every day. The wifi is horrible as well and the hot water takes forever to heat up if you are lucky enough to get it. Also, you can hear all the noise from the other rooms and street. The only good thing about this place is the location.

No había agua caliente , el baño no funciona bien

el personal del hotel no tuvo la disponibiidad de brindarme info para comunicarme con personal administrativo y ventas, y via whats app se tardan muchisimo en contestar
