Beleza By The Beach

The property is one of the best place to stay in South Goa. Located near Colva Beach road, it has a beachfront and interestingly has market nearby. Once you arrive at property, the vibe is chic and the rooms are neatly done with a very spacious bathroom. The team at Hotel which includes Benith, Shelton, Trevor, Harish and especially Arvind Executive Housekeeper were generous enough to beautifully decorate room on my wife's birthday. Overall, it was great experience and i won't have any second thought to choose this property on my next South Goa trip. Cons: The breakfast needs serious improvements. The service team is not upto the mark and treats like they are serving free of cost.

Wonderful staff (especially Aqif) from reception and throughout, in a great location with easy access to the lovely beach and excellent facilities, kept spotlessly clean every day.

Belleza by the Beach is an absolute gem in Goa! From the moment you arrive, the beautiful beachfront location and relaxing vibe set the perfect mood. The rooms are spacious, clean, and tastefully designed, with stunning views that make waking up a joy. The food is delicious, with a great mix of local Goan flavors and international options. What truly made our stay special, though, was the incredible support we received from Mr. Kamal. He went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and more, making our experience unforgettable. The entire staff is friendly and attentive, and their service truly enhances the experience. Whether you’re looking to relax by the beach or enjoy peaceful sunsets, Belleza by the Beach is a wonderful choice. Highly recommended for a relaxing and memorable Goan getaway!

Our family stay at Beleza was once again a truly wonderful experience. This was our 7th visit, and just like every time before, Beleza never disappointed us, this consistency is exactly what keeps bringing us back again and again. A special note of appreciation to Mr. Collins, who supported and guided us right from the beginning till the very end of our stay. His professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail made our experience seamless and stress-free. It’s rare to find someone so genuinely committed to guest comfort. The housekeeping deserves high praise, mmaculately clean rooms, well-maintained spaces, and prompt service throughout our stay. The food service was excellent and thoughtfully handled exactly as per our preferences, which made family meals even more enjoyable. The entire staff was polite, courteous, and always ready to help, making us feel welcomed and cared for at every step. Beleza continues to feel like a home away from home for our family. Thank you for maintaining such high standards and for creating memories we cherish every time we visit. We look forward to many more stays ahead.

Positives- • Excellent beachfront location • Resort well maintained • Rooms clean, comfortable, and tidy • Spa and swimming pool were good Areas for Improvement- • Washroom amenities not replenished despite housekeeping • Very limited Indian food options,menu heavily focused on non-veg and seafood • Tentação & Nazaré restaurants have almost identical menus • Veggie Delight pizza at Tentação was poor in quality (stale seasoning) Service Experience- • Restaurant service, especially at Nazaré was inconsistent • Delays in menu offering and order taking • Staff attention appeared uneven, particularly during busy hours Overall- Great location and stay facilities, but restaurant service, food quality and Indian menu variety need improvement to deliver a more balanced guest experience.

Please note, I submitted this review to the hotel, to allow them the chance to reply, which they kindly did. Regrettably, they did not address the fundamental issue that various functions took over the hotel and you were left to put up with it. I was allocated S2, a room near the spa, gym and second pool. It was dark, always in the shade and very oppressive. You had to have a light on to see what you were doing, and at ground level, I felt exposed while staff and others passed by. There was nothing wrong with the room in itself, it was very acceptable, but it was like being in a cave. I love a cuppa in the morning, but the cartons of milk are minuscule and you need at least 4 to do a decent job. Getting fresh milk from the restaurant was a pain. The fridge did not keep anything cold and was very noisy; milk turned solid in it overnight on one occasion. I was locked out of my room when the cardboard key failed; these are reused to the point of falling apart and being held together with sellotape! Cheap and nasty. On one occasion, there was no pool-bar staff and I had to walk the entire length of the hotel to the other bar. The wi-fi is not stable; being disconnected on a frequent basis. Another holiday maker was provided with a dongle to overcome wi-fi issues. I preferred to use roaming rather than use what I consider an un-trusted device (sorry, It background). They moved me to 212, which was airy, light and 1st floor. Happy days, or so I thought…… As the title of my review states, I believe this hotel caters primarily for the domestic market, with weddings, etc. These events take over the hotel. Music is played at levels that are totally unacceptable, unless of course, you are at the party!! I had to call reception at 03:00 in the morning to ask them to stop celebrants practically having a party outside my door. I give reception their due, the noise subsided, but it kicked off again at 05:30 when the party decided to disband! This is wholly unacceptable of a 4-star hotel. The breakfast selection also reflects the domestic clientele. If you are looking for a UK style breakfast or continental options, you will be very disappointed. You certainly won’t get a pot of tea or a cafetière. The beech bar music was, again, highly intrusive and not what you should expect of a 4-star environment. I admit I am not a lover of ‘techno’ music, but as the saying goes, ‘read the room’, the average age was well over 50! The hotel offers a second pool, but the sun beds are always in the shade. A relatively quiet place, but not ideal if you want to lie in the sun. The pool is also described as ‘adult’, but on occasion, there was a group having their own little party and making as much noise. This was opposite my original room (S2) and another reason for wanting to moved. This was not a luxurious stay. This is not a relaxing environment. It is not what I expect of a 4-start hotel, no matter what continent; standards are standards. On leaving, I was not presented with a bill, but a number tapped in to a calculator. I had to request a bill for a simple check. This is wholly amateur. The weather was superb. The beech is clean and offers miles of peaceful strolls. If it wasn’t for the beech shacks offering good food and beer at acceptable prices, this would have been a complete disaster. Conclusion: If you are looking for peace and quiet, may I suggest you do NOT book here. PS. The hotel staff were great and listened to my woes, but weddings and functions obviously pay more and take precedence. PPS. The hotel did offer 2 nights free should I return. PPPS. The TUI rep' at the hotel was most understanding, and it was he who actually described the hotel as being domestic oriented. I posted this review with TUI who contacted me twice. The second time they offered me a £50 voucher, acknowledging my disappointing holiday. In less than a minute, they upped it to £100! This wouldn't even cover extra legroom seats!! I consider it to be a derisory and insulting offer, particularly as it would be in the form of vouchers.

It's unique and enjoyble experience. Great property in South Goa. Clean Beach. Lovely food. They have beautiful restaurant called Nazare.

Great location, comfortable/ luxurious rooms and amazing food. It was my fiest visit and had a great time here. Will visit again for sure.

We celebrated our wedding at Beleza surrounded by our friends and family for what was a beautiful and unforgettable experience. The hotel is perfectly located between the picturesque paddy fields and a tranquil, white-sanded stretch of beach. The rooms are spacious and very well maintained and all of the restaurants and bars offered superlative drinks and food. Each event held at the hotel was well organised and the setting was perfect. The staff were friendly, and dealt very well with the 80 or so English people that descended upon the hotel. We will definitely be back to Beleza and are looking forward to it already.
