NO CONTAR CON ESTACIONAMIENTO EN EL ESTABLECIMIENTO COMPLICA UN POCO LA LOGÏSTICA

Mal ya que en la página estaban abierto ese día y resulto que por covid no lo estaban y nos enviaron a otro hotel muy malo

El lugar está extremadamente limpio, muy bien ubicado, creo que le hace falta algunos servicios, como cafetera en la habitación, q' puedas hacer el checkout fuera de horario de oficina. Cómodo, austero

El Hotel está muy bien ubicado el centro está muy cerca, tiene tiendas y farmacia cerca, es un hotel pequeño que le hace falta modernización, la puerta del cuarto no cuenta con doble seguro por dentro, la cama está muy bien, la habitación bastante amplia pero no había agua caliente para bañarse y la regadera está muy vieja tiene mucho sarro. Solo arreglando esos detalles el Hotel sería genial. El personal es sumamente amable.

I am very angry and disappointed with Expedia, as well as with the staff of the hotel. When I made the reservation, Expedia showed me the picture of the room I was going to get. However, once I was in the hotel and made the check in, it was a different room. When I made the complain, the staff told that it was a Expedia mistake. Also, the room was very noisy, I cannot sleep. It was next to the street, beside a entrance of a parking and beside the reception, so people talking, gates closing and opening and cars on the street all the night. I asked the staff for another room and they told me that I had to pay more money if want another room. So, I had not a good experience in this hotel.

Asked for a King bed got a Queen. Room 104 very noisy next to a parking lot where there is action 24 hours a day. Not recommend! Second shift staff very helpful.
