The Fern Residency Aurangabad

Extensive breakfast, pretty good dinner and bar. It worked as a base for visits to Ajanta and Ellora.

The traffic is a bit grim, but that is true of the city as a whole. The hotel is nice rather than remarkable and some of the staff while pleasant seemed a little undertrained.

The property was fair and good and was close to our locations of meeting but the approach road was very bad

The room service was bit slow and the staff was confused while giving orders

Staff and food was very good…service was also good but the property is very dated…also some cleaning was done and it was smelling very badly.

As mentioned the hotel is dated and the it smelled very badly. It was not value for money.

There was paint & glue smell in the corridor and inside our room . We changed room but there was drain & toilet smell in the bathroom.

Quality of room was superb

Break fast was sub standard and not worth the price Rooms didn’t have hand towels
