The Fern Residency Aurangabad

The hotel was clean, the personal in the restaurant was very friendly. It's possible to change currency.

Some food was very spicy, even after asking to make it no spicy. The water was coming on he floor in the bathroom.

Only the women staff of the restaurant was nice.

The other staff was not nice at all at the moment of checking in. They were really rude, they were speaking bad things about us in their language, but they did not know the we could understand them. There was also a cockroach in the room. They we trying to compensate the food money with us like saying they are giving us 30% discount. But the total discount was just 10%.

Location is excellent, rooms are comfortable

The breakfast spread was quite reasonable. The room was very clean. The staff are extremely cooperative and helpful. The valet parking is excellent.

The location is OK, but not great for someone looking to sightsee in and around Aurangabad, especially Ajanta and Ellora which were the focus of our trip. Also, there are very few options for meals nearby (outside the hotel).
