I was not well. So I only had sandwiches n tea. It was good

Toilet cleanliness not upto 95% level. No towels provided. Got a towel after request. Only 2 sugar sachets were there. Not enough. Stirrer was not there and got a spoon after request. Therefore. Room service to be improved.

We had booked a super deluxe room, but it was not good. Later, we were given a room on the top floor, which was nice. The view was also ok ok.

The view was also good, but because of the pigeons, you wouldn’t be able to enjoy your tea while sitting on the balcony. There was only one towel in the room, whereas there should have been two. As for breakfast, which was not included and we had to pay extra for, it was completely third-class. Everything else was fine. I would only recommend the top-floor room to visitors if they go.

Manager and staff excellent. Problem pigeon outside window and in Balcony. Poor Breakfast for money charged unnecessary

Breakfast was included but I had to Pay 400.00 Rupees.

Reception does not have the booking details like free breakfast etc.. The room was not prepared before arrival. Reception and staff was not professional.

Location is good. Staffs are very kind and helpful
