A localização é provavelmente a melhor em Tróia, e a vista dos quartos mais altos é maravilhosa. As piscinas são maravilhosas, e recebemos constantemente ofertas do hotel, como chocolates, cafés, garrafas de agua...

Acho que podiam ter outra alternativa ao restaurante com comida mais clássica, por vezes queríamos ficar a comer pelo hotel e tivemos sempre de nos deslocar para poder comer. O parque de estacionamento deveria ser gratuito para quem tem estadia no hotel.

Quarto enorme com amenidades de marca. Super confortável e limpo. Staff muito simpático. Pequeno almoço bom. Estacionamento é pago, mas há estacionamento gratuito à volta.

A localização

Os funcionários da recepção não foram de todo simpáticos ou afáveis. Elevadores do hotel em manutenção com necessidade de procurar outros elevadores de acesso mas sem qualquer indicação visual ou outra para esse efeito. A cobrança do parque do hotel que foi a primeira vez em mais de 10 anos q aconteceu. A degradação das condições do hotel evidentes em cada ano.
