Hotel Suites Corazón Mexicano

Had trouble sleeping every night heard a horrible noise above our room weird since I was on the 3rd floor.AC worked great but was leaking would create a puddle on the floor.

My family and I really enjoyed the stay. It is a small hotel located within a plaza with ample parking, grocery store, restaurants, gas station, and pharmacy. It was very calm and quiet regardless of the location. The hotel room itself was a good size. The beds were comfortable with a nice size bathroom. Had a sofa and table area for dining in the room with a microwave and fridge. The room was very quiet. We really could've hear much noise, even for the fact that the hotel had many guests and that we were next to the storage room, elevator, and stairs. Staff was nice and helpful. The location of the hotel to downtown was a bit far. We took our vehicle, which made it easier to travel. Not much area for parking in downtown, so we parked in the parking garage in the tunnels. Made it easier to get to the dowtown shops, since those were within walking distance from each other. There is some much to see and enjoy. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Location was very good, right in the San Javier neighborhood and within a small shopping area next to Farmacia Guadalajara and Soriana, with Oxxo just down the street. Hotel and room were quiet. We had problems with the TV/cable, and a member of staff came up and fixed it right away. Reception staff also very good. Good for a one night stay--we stayed here the night before traveling to the Leon/GTO airport.

Absolutely HORRIBLE smell in the room and in the hallway. At first, we thought the smell was from the A/C not being on in a while since the smell was most prominent once we turned it on. (It was 96 degrees Fahrenheit, so we needed the A/C.) But the smell never went away, and we noticed it in the hallway, too. It really kept us from enjoying the room.

Room size and AC is fine.

No hot water!! I would expect a hot water shower after a long day traveling, and I expect hot water is very basic that every hotel should be able to offer. I'm very disappointed with the facilities and services at this hotel and the receptionist didn't offer any help when I reached out to him. I'm requesting a refund to compensate the discomfort I expenerienced at this hotel.

Staff extremely pleasant.

Gym was non-functioning. What little equipment was mostly broken.

I was happy to stay in that hotel, i got good room with balcony and pretty good view.
