No me dieron la habitación por la que pagué, yo pagué por una habitación con terraza en segundo piso y me dieron una habitación sencilla, cuando reclamé me dijeron que ya era tarde para cambiar y no me hicieron un reembolso, creo que si yo reserve y pague por una habitación deberían haberme dado esa

Excellent buffet breakfast! Other food also good. Great location in Cocles to just step over to the beach. Staff friendly and helpful. Loved my massage ❤️ Loved seeing sloths, monkeys, Tucans, parrots and other great wildlife on the property.

Almost no activities between Monday and Saturday except yoga 3 mornings. Nothing at night, music or anything else even Friday as had been advertised. This is not your "all inclusive" with multiple pools and lots going on. But very nice for the area.

חדר כושר ללא מיזוג חדרים עם מלא מדרגות ומאוד ישן

We hadden een ruim verblijf met 2 goede queensize bedden. Goede airco, fan en koelkast. Alles is erg ruim opgezet en in het midden vd natuur. Prachtige vogels vliegen in het rond, kleine gouthi's, prachtige kikkers maar ook spinnen! Deze doen niks, maar het is wel even wennen want ze hangen overal, maar dat is goed voor de natuur! Zwembad is lekker groot (had schoner gemogen) en je kan lekkere cocktails aan de bar bestellen. Ontbijt is ook lekker uitgebreid met een wisselend menu. Elke dag verse eitjes die worden bereid. Je loopt zo het strand op, waar je heerlijk kan surfen en chillen bij de verschillende restaurants.

Puerto Viejo is niet op loopafstand, maar met de tuktuk prima te doen. Er lopen giftige kikkers rond, let hier op met kleine kinderen

El recinto del hotel es espectacular. Parecía que estubieramos en medio de un Parque Nacional. Por las mañanas, sin moverme de la cama vi en dos ocasiones tucanes. La habitación estaba muy bien, la cama era extra grande. Aun recuerdo el aroma del jabón del hotel y no voy a olvidar nunca los súper desayunos.

El precio de las bicicletas de alquiler era algo excesivo. En la calle se encuentran por la mitad de precio. Por otro lado, almenos ofrecían el servicio. Por lo demás, ninguna pega. Repetiría sin dudarlo e incluso extendería mi estancia.

The property is beautiful, the food is excellent and staff are really friendly. We stayed in unit 3, closest to the beach, and it was great access through the gate to the beach and food options along the road. We saw monkeys, iguanas, toucans, and acoutis on the hotel property.

The only thing that was a little odd, is they want you to wear wrist bands while there. This is to verify who’s a guest, but some in our group didn’t like that.
