Wunderbares Hotel mit Regenwald-Ambiente. Heisst auch: In der Nacht hört man die Tiere und wird unter Umständen durchaus auch mal von den Brüllaffen geweckt.

Der Strand ist wunderschön, aber nicht optimal zum Baden (Strömungen).

Tienen room service muy bueno y efectivo, también los desayunos son muy buenos. El cargador de EVs es muy cómodo y siempre funcional, realmente visitamos este hotel meramente por este servicio.

El personal fue amable en el trato, pero lamentablemente no mostraron interés real en solucionar un problema con nuestra habitación. A pesar de comentarlo a la chica de lobby, no se esforzaron por darnos una solución técnica ni nos ofrecieron alternativas. La chica más bien se tomó el tema personal y cambió la tonalidad de la atención luego del reclamo, me parece que como hotel les falta mucho por mejorar en ese tipo de gestiones. Por otro lado, los cócteles de la piscina les hace falta calidad por el precio que cobran.

Habitaciones muy lindas y cómodas

El desayuno podría mejorar algunas de las opciones sabían mucho aceite.

It was so good we ended up extending our stay for two more days. Also breakfast is amazing!!!

Una ubicación excelente, al frente de la playa Cickes con fácil acceso. Las instalaciones del hotel son super cómodas, el personal muy amable.

The location is great if you want to be close to playa cocles, the pool area is very nice and there are lots of sunbeds and umbrellas. There are tons of activities this hotel offers, including lots of games and a billiard and fussball table. The food in the main restaurant was very good (we had two of their Bowls for dinner) and the staff is extremely friendly and outgoing. They also have a spa, bike rentals, a pool bar, yoga, and offer to book all the tours you could want for you. We also saw black and green poison dart frogs here, right on the main path to out bungalow!

We were staying in the bungalows and they are a little bit rundown. The main light stopped working after the first day (there were other lights available but still a little annoying), you always have bugs inside (which is kindof obvious, you're in the jungle, but in no other hotel did we have that many all of the time). The whole room is pretty dark, the door leaves quite a gap when closed (no wonder you get all the bugs if nothing really closes), and the bathroom was always a little smelly. For that price, we have had a lot better in the area in this regard.

pool and romm was great. The breakfast was delicious

Tanto mi pareja como yo disfrutamos todo, el lugar, la comida, el servicio, todo perfecto.

Lo único fue el día de salida que el bartender no tuvo un servicio al cliente tan excepcional cómo los otros del personal, pero lo único.

La habitación y todo el entorno mezclado con la naturaleza sin causar daño alguno. El desayuno.

En realidad se ven algunas partes que ocupan mantenimiento en algunas estancias. Y el menú debería ser un poco más variado.
