There was nothing not to like or appreciate. The Staff, the decor, the accom, the parking on site, the fabulous breakfast.

the only thing that stopped me giving the comfort score a 10 was I couldn't control the heating and my room was way too hot. And I absolutely loathed the fact that there was a dog in the breakfast room and the man was feeding the dog whilst eating his breakfast.

The Grosvenor is a real little gem. Super nice hotel, very clean, super friendly staff also at the dinner. Perfect location right in the heart of Stockbridge. The garden between the core (old) building and the backside has a beautiful garden and outdoor bar/seating area. I do consider though if travelling during very warm summer days, the rooms without AC will have the same comfort as during cooler season. Certainly recommend and great location on your way to Beaulieu National Auto Museum.

Dinner portion sizes could have been slightly larger, attentative senior waiter service though

Great hotel with lots of character and history. The staff are very nice and Ricardo/Richard makes a great cosmopolitan but also made a great host for the evening whilst serving us at the bar and the restaurant. A really lovely man to chat to and very helpful and knowledgeable. We liked it so much we have booked again in June when we are back in the area!
