This is one of best hotels I have stayed in for ages. Wonderful, pleasant and helpful staff. Great food. Fantastic position overlooking the sea.

Everyone was extremely welcoming and friendly. The service was great, my room was spacious and very clean and they had lovely touches such as delicious little treats of fudge and chocolate. It’s in a great location on the seafront and very close to Brighton. It has a car park at the back which is free when you give reception your registration. Great value and a lovely team throughout the hotel.

Had room 4 on the ground floor. Spotlessly clean & a massive bathroom (accessable). good quality linen and towels. Only drawback for me was that there was only coffee from a pod machine & no milk. Would certainly return when in the area again.

You cannot beat the balcony rooms. All staff are incredibly friendly and helpful.

10 detail the cleanliness is amazing eco-friendly dutches door tags cleaning very much appreciated. Breakfast was amazing and the staff were accommodating fully to any minor request. Nothing was too much trouble A welcome arrival and your welcome departure. I don’t do reviews.
