"Classic British Hospitality"

It was the 3rd and last night of our family staycation: we wanted a place to stay overnight, instead of a long drive back home. Who would've though that a gem of classic English inn can be found 'in the middle of nowehere'! Steve, the manager's, warm welcome in the late evening made us forget the long day's toil. There is a caravan parking site and some cottages as well. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wishes to experience the classic British hospitality. Rooms: Our room was a family one with a spacious double bed and 3 single beds. Amenities included a smart tv, a mini fridge, kettle with plenty of tea & coffee with biscuits. We loved our room. Nearby activities: There is a vast open space you can walk around and enjoy the idyllic setting. 21:10 Food and drinks: Our room came with breakfast. There was a choice between a full-English and the vegetarian option. Cora's service was amazing: hot food served with love and care. Hotel highlights: Great view, Romantic, Quiet, Child-friendly and Great value

The Staff, the locale, breakfast, tea and coffee in rooms.

The set up of the twin room. The electrics were running from extension leads. (Fridge, kettle & fan) were running from one extension lead.

Little gem enroute to other places. Staff really attentive, friendly & professional. Exceptional food, all freshly cooked and very good value for money. No airs or graces are needed here, fitted in nicely with local community who you can see love and use this space. Very good value for money, would stay again.

Could hear the bar through the floor but was absolutely silent after closing time. Very lucky to arrive before final dinner orders of 19:30 we must have missed the memo.
