Millers Hotel by Greene King Inns

Room was very nice and clean. Breakfast very good l choose a children English Breakfast which was perfect for me.

l can say having stayed there a few times l have been very pleased and have no complaints.

One member of our party lost his room key; the night manager arrived within seconds of our phone call, and was very helpful and friendly

It is extremely difficult to contact the hotel now - calls go through to some idiotic AI bot. At check-in, my husband was kept waiting for 15 minutes - two members of staff noticed him standing at the desk but decided to ignore him until he got annoyed... Also, we had booked two double rooms and three singles, and for unfathomable reasons our double room was given to one of the single guests, so that we had to make do with a single room which was noisy and unbearably hot. The window in the bedroom only opened a tiny bit, and the room was next to a noisy road.

It was clean and the staff were very accommodating. I stayed with my dog and requested a downstairs room and was grateful she could come to dinner and breakfast with me rather than having to leave her in the car which wouldn’t of been possible in the heat!

Visited with 2 dogs, super easy check in. Room lovely. Staff lovely, provided dogs with water and treats in the bar. Food acceptble. Will stay again.

Shower could have been better, not very powerful.
