BB 22 Charming Rooms & Apartments

The location is at the tourist area but not easy to find it. Thanks to the staff coming to escort us. Very nice and warm!

A very central location but on a quiet side street. Modern comfortable room with a balcony. Modern shower. The friendly stuff gave us an orientation of the city with best places to eat and visit. We received an email prior to arrival with a detailed description of transportation to the hotel. It was very helpful.

The breakfast had a very limited selection.

Walkable to the Vucciria and Ballaro markets, waterfront, and Via Roma without actually being on a busy, noisy street. The team at BB22, especially Daniel, was super helpful and thoughtful with his recommendations for sites to visit when we checked in. Even on our last day, we were at breakfast before check out and he asked what our plans were and told us about this Sunday flea market close by so we went before leaving the hotel. Not the kind of thoughtful and care you would get from a larger hotel. So glad we went to BB22. We stayed at the suite with kitchenette. It was large, light-filled, and clean. Loved it!

Perfect stay in Palermo. Staff are welcoming and friendly. Location is ideal, close to the airport bus and the main sights. In a quiet back street, no noise despite the closeness to bars and restaurants. Exceptionally comfortable beds. Restaurant recommendations were also excellent. Would highly recommend.

I loved the apartment! Room was perfect with such a warm welcome on arrival. Very tastefully decorated, cosy, clean & comfortable, & incredible view towards the marina.

Exceptional experience made special by first class staff. The bed and mattress and pillows and sheets top quality. It was extremely quiet building and location. You couldn't hear anything …air tight. The staff turned on the heat a bit early in the evening for me as I spent my evenings in as I was travelling alone. Very attentive and helpful with any issue or request. One member of staff, Daniel, led a very interesting private tour of the city . Well worth the money. He was very knowledgable about the history of Palermo .

Breakfast solution was not great. Some fresh fruit, eggs or yogurts would have been nice.

Lovely location, very quiet but in a lively part of the city and very convenient for the airport bus. Comfortable, clean, well equipped and spacious room. Very helpful and friendly staff, especially Emanuela.

Access was via a street turned into a building site - hopefully only a short term issue. Due to Italian bureaucracy we were unable to have breakfast at the accommodation, but Emanuela sorted out a very satisfactory alternative.
