The bed was comfortable and the room quiet

The key to my room didn't work properly and each time I tried to open the door it took at least 5 minutes to get in the room. The sash windows had such a large gap between the panes that you could fit a slice of bread through the gap (should you feel the need!)

Very clean, now it's had a refurb, dining room, & bar staff very attentive.

Checking in staff on the Friday, need to have lessons from the bar / dining room staff, pretty miserable & abrupt.

The Staff are 12 Out of 10. Polite. Friendly. Kind znd Helpful

Food was absolutely amazing and very reasonably priced food. Staff were very pleasant and friendly. Chef was very attentive to detail and very helpful with our requests.

Very run down and tired fixtures and fittings

The staff were helpful and friendly. The food decent.

The rooms and hotel are very dated and need a serious overhaul, the showers in all 3 rooms were terrible and slow barely getting hot. The heating systems was shut down and couldn’t be turned on for individual rooms, it was a cold wet day and my room needed heat.

Easy to get to and plenty of parking excellent💯👍
