Location, room was ideal considering some reviewers said otherwise?! It was clean, tidy and comfortable.

Room could have a fan as it was rather warm. Shower was connected to its stand so unable to hose feet or shower bath area down afterwards.

Lack of staff reception guy was also working in bar too many minutes to sign in had to request with the bell three times. Room was very small and should have had only a single bed not a double. Heating was on in hallways on the hottest day of year

Clean and tidy.

Room was quite small, very little space to get between the bed and wardrobe. Shower cubicle was small, OK for me but a large person would struggle with it. No USB charging points. No fruit juice available at breakfast.

we actually walked straight in and then straight out and booked a premier inn further down the road as the rooms had no heating and there was a storm outside, there was a severe draught whistling through the building and the rooms were icy cold. i should have rang booking.com to get a refund but i had forgot that i booked it through yourselves and when i asked if we could cancel the staff member said he would refund me , however when i rang back 3/4 days later he said he couldnt because wed booked through youselves and then i didnt chase it up.

The staff were wonderful

Room could do with lick of paint and the damp wall needs attention. We didn't get any breakfast which was in the price,due to there being only one member of staff doing the cooking,cleaning,clearing tables and trying to take breakfast orders off the guests.The poor girl was rushed off her feet I felt like giving her some help,she deserves a pay rise. It was an absolute disgrace having just one member of staff trying to give breakfast to all the guests there was no hot water, coffee or milk because she was trying to keep everyone happy and you as a hospitality company should be ashamed,that girl was working as hard as she could and also after paying for a room with breakfast which we didnt get We felt cheated out of our money and never again will I book with you..
