Parents or a legal guardian traveling with children under 18 years must present the child's birth certificate and an identity card with photo (passport, for example) at the check-in. For international travels to Brazil, if just one of the parents is traveling with the child, she/he must present – in addition to the child's certificate of birth and identity card with photo – a letter authorizing the trip signed by the other parent with a notarial certification of signature. In case the parents or the legal guardian, as applicable, cannot or are unwilling to give this authorization, a judicial authorization is required. Tutto. Penso il migliore hotel di Salvador, piscina palestra ristorante sala giochi per bambini camera vista mare...tutto perfetto. Però sono sicuro che in questo hotel lavora il personale più disponibile, efficente e umano del mondo. Non mi sarei mai aspettato un trattamento del genere. Ci siamo sentiti amati e coccolati e soprattutto davanti ad una grande difficoltà successa durante il mio soggiorno sono stati tutti fantastici non lasciandoci mai soli e sostenendoci come non avremmo mai pensato. Un ringraziamento particolare a Deise che ha mostrato un lato umano e una professionalità da non credere. Non penso riuscirò mai a ringraziarla per il suo grande impegno e lavoro per noi. Grazie di cuore a questo fantastico hotel.

Amamos tudo. O café da manhã é espetacular, muitíssima variedade, saboroso... nota 10. O quarto muito confortável, impecável.... Mas o que mais nos chamou a atenção e o que nos conquistou foi o pessoal, o atendimento fora do padrão, todos muito atenciosos, educados... Daqui em diante só ficaremos neste hotel.

Gostei de especificamente tudo, desde o pessoal na portaria, recepção aos funcionários do no café da manhã tudo perfeito. O quarto bem espaçoso com decoração moderna, limpeza maravilhosa. Sem contar do mimo que recebi no quarto, me senti muito especial e querida com essa recepção.
