The room was excellent, very comfy with a great en suite. Breakfast had to be one of the best we have had and the evening meal was very good. All the staff are very friendly and helpful .

Poor lighting in bedroom. Skylight blinds could not be retracted exacerbating the lighting problems.

"50th birthday celebrations"

The hotel was walking distance from the restaurant we were celebrating a 50th birthday at. Breakfast, cooked and continental, in the hotel was very nice and good value for money. Coggeshall is a very pretty village.
