Sea Breeze Lodge B&B Galway

Die Lage ist etwas Ausserhalb von Galway in der Nähe von Salt Hill. Mit dem Auto eine sehr gute Alternative zur Innenstadt von Galway. Definitiv eine ruhigere Gegend. Zuvorkommender Empfang und sehr schöne, moderne Zimmer mit viel zusätzlicher Ausstattung. (Fernglas, Soundsystem in Zimmer und Bad, ...) Ein Präsentkorb mit frischem Obst als Willkommen hat uns sehr gefreut. Als Bonus hatte unser Zimmer einen kleinen mit Getränken gefüllten Kühlschrank. Sehr grosses Bad mit schöner Wanne. Direkt in Strandnähe. Traditionelles Frühstück mit grossen Portionen. Aufenthaltsraum wirkt sehr gemütlich. Insgesamt zu empfehlen.

Zimmer mit dem schönen Strandblick hat leider auch die Strasse vor den Fenstern. Wer mit offenen Fenstern schlafen will hört die vorbeifahrenden Autos.

Everything about Sea Breeze was fantastic. Fred was a very gracious host and spared nothing to make sure we were comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and the service top notch!!

Die Lage war gut - ruhig, aber trotzdem nicht weit bis zum nächsten Pub oder nach Galway. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und das Frühstück excellent.!

Für unseren Geschmack waren die Matratzen etwas zu weich.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ If I Could Give 6 Stars, I Would! Absolutely Exceptional Stay Our stay at Sea Breeze Lodge in Galway was beyond incredible — truly one of the best places we’ve ever stayed! From the moment we arrived, Fred and Michelle were the most warm, welcoming, and genuine hosts you could ever hope to meet. Fred even drove us to a local pub on our first night — such a thoughtful gesture that set the tone for the rest of our stay. The room was absolute perfection: a heavenly king-sized bed, skylights, a luxurious bathroom with a tub (a rare treat in guest houses), and every thoughtful detail imaginable — from a mini fridge stocked with milk and cream, to fresh fruit, snacks, coffee, and tea, all complimentary. The in-room sound system that connects to your phone was the cherry on top, letting us unwind to our own music in comfort. Everything was immaculately clean, beautifully designed, and filled with warmth — from the cozy ambiance to the soft piano music playing through the main floor. Breakfast was out of this world — my gluten-free blueberry pancakes were absolutely divine! Fred even treated us to his own live piano playing one morning, which made the experience extra special. They also offer a laundry service, which was so convenient during our travels. Fred and Michelle are not just amazing hosts — they are the heart and soul of the Sea Breeze Lodge, and we truly left feeling like we’d made lifelong friends. If there were a rating higher than five stars, this place would deserve it. An unforgettable stay in every way — we can’t wait to come back!
