My wife and i stayed only one night, but wish we stayed longer. Very nice, well kept place. Beautiful veiw from our room. Great breakfast. We were greeted by the owner! We would love one day to come back. Highly recommend this hotel!!

What a wonderful stay we had at Aparthotel Hochwald. We spent 5 nights at this lovely resort in the Black Forest. This second-generation, family-owned resort was warm and welcoming. It was immaculately kept. The furnishings were very contemporary and it had everything one would need (even a kitchen). The view from our suite's balcony were absolutely beautiful, We enjoyed a great breakfast each day (especially enjoyed Mrs. Eppel's homemade baked goods!) Just wish we lived closer so we could return several times each year!

This is a beautiful gem hidden in the Black Forest in south Germany. It is out of the way, but the hotel staff arranged pickup in Bad Liebenzell so no worries. Gorgeous, modern design in the the rooms and common areas, and an overwhelming gourmet breakfast with views overlooking the village in the valley. Fantastic hideaway.

Stayed there for only one night for a Business Meeting nearby. Some of our Group had Apartments with 2 rooms, most had a spacious room with kitchen and bathroom and balcony. The kitchen was equipped and also they had wine and beer for the guests use in the fridge. Since you are up on the hill and the City is way down, this is a nice touch. Downstairs they have a Fitness room which doubles up as a sort of health clinic. They also have an indoors pool, since I did not use it, cant comment on ist size or facilities. The breakfast was excellent, with tea brewed from tea leaves, not tea bags for example. Parking was sufficient in front of the Hotel.

I have been staying here 2-3 weeks every summer for for the last 15 years. This place is absolutely fantastic. The views from the room into the valley breathtaking. The services are outstanding. Fresh rolls every morning, homemade marmalade and jams. The owners taking a lot of pride into running their hotel. They also have a swimming pool, sauna and physical therapy practice (the massages are heavenly) on property, only a elevator ride away. I am looking forward to staying here again next summer.

Very nice and helpful staff, target clientele is clearly in advanced years. Mobility aids available, physiotherapy practice in-house. Beautiful surroundings, and as far as I could see all rooms have views over the valley. A car (or at least taxi) is indispensable for access.

This is a very quiet and clean hotel. The room was very clean. The breakfast was great and the people running the place were very accommodating.
