"Una muy buena opción para quedarse en Tuxtla"

Me gustó la habitación amplia y el baño también.

Había un ruido por la noche, que creo que era del aire acondicionado del vecino. Pero luego ya pudimos dormir.

Me imagino que son las políticas del hotel, muy complicado por todo, por booking se hace la reserva diciendo que se paga en el lugar, telefónicamente y por correo exigen hacer una transferencia que de lo contrario cancelan la reserva A última hora, de tanto insistir nos solucionaron, para pagar al ingreso, demasiado complicados. Cuando se reserva se dice que hay parqueadero al llegar el parqueadero queda a calle y media del hotel la zona no es tan segura y ni siquiera te ofrecen a bajar la maleta del carro mientras se guarda en el parqueadero. No son claros desde el principio. En resumen por la relación calidad precio puedes conseguir algo más cómodo y mejor ubicado.

"Lo peor de lo peor!"

La peor experiencia de mi vida. Se mancharon las sábanas y me quisieran cobrar por lavarlas!! Y hasta me decían que no podía irme sino pagaba. Cambien sector, abran una taqueria mejor.

"Sehr gutes 3 Stern Hotel"

Super für ein 3 Stern Hotel. Sehr sauber, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, gutes Morgenessen.

Dass wir ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss erhalten haben, etwas dunkel mit Fenster zum Luft-/Lichtschacht, wo übrigens auch alle Klimaanlagen Aussenmotoren platziert sind.

Todo el personal es muy amable, el cuarto muy limpio y el desayuno tanto la variedad del menú como el personal excelente
