Location. Breakfast.

Woken by a loud argument in the car park outside our room. No staff went out to move them on. Complained to reception. Nothing done! Then prevented from getting back to sleep by car door slamming and engine being revved excessively. After that, there was a large group of men and women arguing, shouting and physically fighting. And a car window was smashed. This went on for two hours! Phoned reception to request they phoned police. Told by staff that it was just people leaving a party. Complained to reception in the morning and they knew nothing about it even though there was smashed glass in the car park. We felt like they were doubting us and then we heard another family complaining about it as well.

Absolutely exceptional service from front of house staff at all times as well as a very helpful and professional team in the restaurant at breakfast.

Absolutely loved that nothing was an issue. Asked for a fan as room had no air conditioning and no problem. Staff on reception especially were exceptional but staff in restaurant at breakfast very attentive and friendly

Only small issue was a damaged plug socket in our room. Still used the plug but needs replacing incase someone else has a problem with it.

This deal was great value.Hotel is beautiful. Evening meal and breakfast were excellent. Freshky cooked breakfast was a plus. One minor issue - we were too warm and found it hard to cool the broom down.

The location; the staff; the lounge / bar area. Staff offered solutions when we explained how warm our room was.

The rooms are clean but dark & dated. Very warm roo. - even with window open all night. Very noisy extractor fan in bathroom.
