For You Hotel

I stayed here for 3 nights for work - I hope I don’t have to stay here again. Plus points: the gym equipment is ok. Cons: really tired/dated, carpets faded and dirty…my shower pulsed hot/freezing every few seconds…”restaurant” is sparse and food pretty mediocre. Literally in the middle of a bleak industrial estate…a colleague arrived Sunday and was told no food served; they drove him to Burger King which was only place to eat nearby. Not a bad hotel, but just very basic and entry level. Not an enjoyable stay and I’m now trying to arrange our January work event for a different country to avoid having to come back to this hotel.

Hotel di alto livello, sia nel servizio che nella pulizia e nella colazione.

The staff at this property was amazing! They took care of every request at all hours of the day. Like asking for a rollaway bed in the middle of the night. Or preparing breakfast bags for us at 6 am before leaving for our day trip. The only downfall was that it was a little far from Duomo which meant we had to plan for a 30 min drive or leave an hour earlier to take the metro. Complimentary shuttle service to the nearest metro station was a plus!

Arrivato la sera tardi è andato via la mattina presto, non ho usufruito della colazione, pertanto al momento posso solo dire che mi riservo di fare una valutazione più precisa al prossimo soggiorno.

This is a good, standard hotel, nothing uniquely good and, more to the point, nothing uniquely bad.

Ottima posizione. Camera molto tranquilla.

Esperienza positiva, comodo, pulito e silenzioso. Vicino alla stazione metro che raggiungi con navetta messa a disposizione dell'hotel. Lo consiglio.

Comfortable hotel but not helping staff. I arrived, it is not my first time here. On my floor there was a very bad cigar smelling. I went to the reception to indicate the problem. They don’t even disturb themselves to come to see for themselves if my indication was real. Considering is a not smoking hotel I expected them to perform some kind of inspection. I hope there is no fire during the night, as the hotel has moquette on the room floor. A little bit outdated. The rest is ok, but considering the price of the room I expected to be more customer oriented.
