Hampton Inn & Suites Laurel

Sub-par, the sausage? patties were tasteless and seemed to be full of fillers (didn’t even look like meat).

Great location, clean, nicely renovated, sound proof rooms and great staff.

I liked everything

The breakfast and the shower in the room were wonderful.

A friend and I stayed at the Hampton in Laurel for a girl's weekend. The staff was super friendly, and gave us suggestions on what to go and where to eat. I can remember all of their names, but Renee checked us in, and was very helpful and friendly. Later that evening, I asked about milk for in the morning, if I could get milk and come back later for breakfast after I exercised. One of the ladies offered to get me some milk and put a top on it and keep it in my room fridge. Misty was also very friendly. Breakfast was good, and had a variety of choices. There's a coffee and tea bar available downstairs that was lovely. The pool looked clean, conveniently inside for cooler days. We didn't use it. I used the gym 2 mornings, and it's well equipped. There are plenty of places to eat nearby. The downtown and historical areas require a car to get to, but in January, that wasn't an issue for parking at all. I would stay here again.

The walk-in shower was really nice.

The refrigerator had a high-pitched humming noise, and the heater made a noise a couple of times. I was there Christmas Eve and there was very little on tv. I should add that I wasn’t feeling well and had not expected to stay overnight in Laurel overnight. The management did offer to move me to another room but I wasn’t feeling up to moving and was really looking forward to the walk-in shower.

Clean room, easy to find. Night desk help was friendly & gave us an excellent recommendation for dinner. (Edgars Steakhouse).

They daytime receptionist not friendly & unhelpful. Also found out my Hilton Honors points were not accumulated because I used booking.com instead of the Hilton app. Breakfast bar was not stocked well.
