art'otel cologne

Very comfy hotel, excellent, supder-duper friendly staff, all very clean, excellent room, well, just everything was so wonderful! The breakfast was an once-in-a-lifetime-experience! Arguably this is one of the best hotels in Cologne, if not the best! Thanx so much for making our stay such a highlight!

Convenient location, only 10 minute uber from the Messe, train stations etc. Breakfast was good quality and varied.

Room was like a sauna, and the guy at reception just shrugged and said it was hot outside. My colleagues aircon seemed to work fine. Bar was only open limited hours, so couldn't just grab a cool beer.

The facilities, overall location and the interiors were so good. The staff was amazing and really helpful. Though we asked for early check-in, we could not get it. Overall, it was a really nice experience.

Hava çok sıcaktı ve odadaki klimalar çalışmıyordu. Oda değişikliği yapmamıza rağmen, yeni odada da çalışmıyorudu. Ama klimanın iyi çalıştığı odalarda vardı. Otel hiç temiz değildi. Asansör sıklıkla bozuldu. Otele giriş kapısında bagajların transferi için rampa bulunmuyordu. Uçuşumuz çok erken olduğu için kahvaltı yapamayacaktık ve sabah için (her otelde yapılabilen ) kumanya ihtiyacımızı dile getirdik ve yine yardımcı olunmadı. Özetle konumu hariç hiçbir avantajı yoktu. Ödenen fiyatı asla karşılamıyor.

They advertise with parking facilities, but they are also public, and on weekends they fill up early. Secondly, check out is at 12hrs in the weekend, which is nice. Breakfast ends at same time, but lift are busy and seriously slow paced. Cancelling the roomkey exactly on same timestamp is honestly annoying. Cancel the roomkey 15mins later and all is fine.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Flussicht. Das war entsprechend ein toller Ausblick auf das Schokoladenmuseum und den Rhein. Die Lage dementsprechend war auch hervorragend und einfach erreichbar. Die Entfernung in die Altstadt gleich einem Katzensprung. Das Frühstück war eine Wucht! Schade, zwang uns das Chaos der Deutschen Bahn zu einem etwas verkürzten Frühstück, wir hätten das gerne länger genossen.

Die Zimmer sind an sich nur schwer über ein zudem verstecktes Treppenhaus erreichbar, weshalb die Aufzüge immer belegt waren und wir lange brauchten, bis wir mal auf unseren Stock gekommen sind. Die Fahrräder konnten zwar sicher in der Tiefgarage abgestellt werden, es war jedoch eine Herkulsaufgabe in die Tiefgarage zu kommen, wenn man nicht gerde mit einem Auto ankommt.
