Fairfield Inn and Suites by Marriott Oklahoma City Airport

Breakfast was awesome. Microwave, mini fridge, and coffee maker in room, was very nice and convenient. Staff was quick to help. Could use some updates on carpet in the hallway going to your room, and in the rooms. Door to get out of our room seemed to stick a lot and refused to open. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Our room had tons of hair on the floor before we got to our bathroom! Having to stay 3 nights before room service is ridiculous!! You expect fresh towels and clean rooms for the price!

This property is in need of upgrades.

This hotel is fine. It needs updating and the carpet in the hallway is stained. It was comfortable but needs updating.

The only thing good about the breakfast was that the waffles we made were good. No fresh juices. Had juice boxes. The location was good as far as being close to good food places and shopping.

One mean staffer who was the first person we met was rude and un professional. Wish I had gotten her name. Told her I paid and didn't want to be charged twice. My data was glitchy so I asked for the wifi but she wouldn't give it to me. I wanted to show her my receipts. When I got to it to show her she called me a lie said I had too many numbers in the confirmation.

Staff very nice and welcoming. Nice room.

My only issue was the size of the pool. It's small and the humidity in the pool area is almost unbearable. Me and another guy had to prop all the doors open just to let the kids swim. On another note the breakfast was absolutely delicious and had some good options.
