"Staff was great, breakfast good, room was clean, bed was horrible and fridge didn’t work. Thus the rating."

The staff was extremely nice and courteous.

Well, there was a renovation going on, fortunately we couldn’t hear anything where we were placed. However, the fridge didn’t cool anything and the bed was very hard. We were exhausted from lack of sleep so that when we got home we slept amazingly well.
