Hampton Inn By Hilton Deming

The guy at the front desk was incredibly nice. Unfortunately that's the only positive I had there. The carpets had been ripped up, as had the baseboards. The floor in the elevator was half painted, half exposed wood. I had a giant clump of long black hair on my "clean" towel, the tub felt like it was going to fall through the floor below it. And the walls are incredibly thin. Even with a white noise machine that I brought, I was woken up at 7:30 am by the booming bass of the tv next door. I had gotten in at 2 am after 12 hours on the road and another 12 hour day ahead of me. I got almost no sleep as a result. When I asked the front desk if they could please have them turn it down, they said they would call, but they did not. I know this because I would have heard the phone ringing like I heard everything else. The noise continued for over an hour and I had to drive that day on next to no sleep. I don't believe this hotel's ratings. One of the worst overall hotel stays I've ever had

Property was not quite finished (new). Phone didn't work. NO PLACE TO SET UP LUGGAGE. No rack, etc. GOOD breakfast!

I booked an accessible room, pictures showed hand rails next to toilet .. there were none .. after using the toilet I discovered NO toilet paper and nii of t even a toilet paper. I have mobility problems and it is very difficult to stand especially with no hand rails ..

We were there for 5 days and our room was only cleaned 1 time. All the ice machines and laundry facilities were not able to be used. I booked this room 6 weeks in advance, someone could have reached out to me to let me know they were renovating the hotel. I feel there is no excuse for not cleaning my room, i even had to ask at one point due to our garbage can overflowing. Completely unacceptable especially for the rate of the room.....HORRIBLE NEVER AGAIN!!!!

The only thing is for 2 days of our stay thete was no elevator and no one offered help with bags to the room luckily it was only 2 floors

Nice proprty, but parts appear to either being renovated or repaired. Our room was very nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
