All children under 12 can only access the spa pool when accompanied by an adult. Guests should specify their preference for bedding for any type of room before arrival. This includes requests for extra beds and the number of adults and children under 12 years old. This information should be noted in the Special Requests Box during booking and is subject to confirmation by the hotel. Please note that the property reserves the right to pre-authorize credit cards before arrival. Payment of the full reservation amount is due at the property. For bookings of 9 or more rooms, the hotel will charge a nonrefundable prepayment of 50% of the entire reservation on the guest's credit card. Please note that breakfast is included for these types of rates, but half board is not included. A deposit may be required at the property.
