The location and the staff.

Nothing is complementary. No fridge and ventilation in the room. It’s a very hot room, not definitely for summer.

The location was walking distance to the pier and beach. The beds had clean bedsits and the linen cover duvet was comfy. Also plenty of clean white towers for our stay.

We only used the hotel to stay one night during the late May bank holiday 2026 on a Saturday. The room was very outdated not matching the high price of £156 for the night. The room was the standard family room, with a double and a single bed. The room was very tight for its family size equivalent and had an old carpet. The base of the double bed had crooked legs, which made us nervous while we are on it not to suddenly break. We report the issue to the reception staff, who took a notice. The floor boards on this hotel room are so noisy as you walk upon and there is no insulation for that noise from the room above, which we can hear the stepping and squeaky noise from above really amplified in our room, which kept us awake late night and very early morning. Also the window was stack open with a small gap for ventilation, but we couldn't open more in the day or close it in the night. An electric fan is provided, which made easier to get through the warm night. the bathroom has an outdated shower certain, and no mixer tabs in the hand basin, which I haven't seen for long time. Bathroom lights bit flikering some of the time and a noisy bathroom fun, completes the picture. My main point is that this stay didn't give us the value for money and looked overpriced ,even for high season as a bank holiday weekend.

Very nice place to stay. Close to the beach. Car park on the front and on the back. Place to smoke outsite. Lift avaible. Room size it's fine.

Breakfast could have bigger choice.

Room was far too hot, no air conditioning, and a noisy motor right outside the window so could not leave a window open.

The staff are friendly and really helpful no matter the time of day, it’s great value for money
