"A beautiful experience awaits guests at this hotel"

Staying st the this hotel is a beautiful experience. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and hard working. Our room with private onsen was enormous and we could walk to the shrines. The hotel’s onsen is beautifully appointed and a real joy.

The breakfast and dinner are exquisitely presented but too large. I suggest reducing them by two courses .

"You must do the kaiseki dinner and breakfast. Staff were very kind and polite. Outdoor onsen also amazing. Wearing Yukay"

Room was great, food exceptional and staff very polite and friendly. Nice setting near the river. Ladies get to choose from a range of yukata designs.

No complaints. They couldn’t do a late check out at short notice but that is fair enough.

Hôtel a 5 min du Toshugu et a 30min de la gare de Tobu-Nikko. Superbe onsen. La chambre de style japonais (futon et tatami) était très agréable. Le personnel est très avenant et disponible.

とにかくお料理が美味しかったです。夕食の栃木牛のお鍋のお出汁が最高でした。 他のお料理も朝食もとても美味しくいたたきました。 客室も綺麗で過ごしやすかったです。 またラウンジで無料でピアノを聴けた上にリクエストも弾いてくださり感動で忘れられない思い出になりました。リクエストした曲の楽譜がなく弾けないときは関連する曲を弾いてくださり、その心配りに更に感動しました。スタッフの方もとても親切で本当に素晴らしい！全てお勧めです。 ありがとうございました。

大浴場の脱衣所に髪の毛が落ちていました。混雑する時間帯だったので仕方ないですが、他が素晴らしかっただけに少し気になりました。

Grande chambre, jolie vue

Pas moyen d'ajouter un petit déjeuner sur place sans l'avoir réserver avant d'arriver à l'hôtel. Réservation obligatoire pour dîner au restaurant : aucune flexibilité d'accès aux repas.
