Hotel Isla de La Garena

El trato del personal del hotel fue inmejorable. El hotel está reformado completamente desde hace muy poco tiempo y dispone de parking privado muy práctico y accesible.

Rooms are very spacious and cleaned to a good standard. Balcony and view are a good bonus. Bar staff were friendly. Fresh orange juice at breakfast was very nice

First impressions the manager of reception was very unwelcoming and rude. Said check in wasn’t until 3 yet continued to check us in and wasn’t a problem as it was 2:30pm. Wanted to sit around the pool area as I was aware the pool itself wasn’t open (pool was dirty and filthy anyway) and Maria Jose was very rude saying that we couldn’t sit by the pool as there was no life guards. Tried to tell her we didn’t want to swim and she kept saying no. Girl at the bar with braces said we could and was very friendly. 4 star hotel with 2 star food options. Would not say this is a 4 star hotel at all. Breakfast and dinner options very limited. Think the staff are only interested if you are a business man or hosting/attending an event at the hotel. Considering we paid over 1,000€’s for our stay, I was very disappointed and will not be coming back. WiFi is terrible

Das Zimmer war sehr dreckig, staubig, Haare auf dem Bett, durchgesessene Möbel, rote Flecken/ Spritzer unbekannter Herkunft an Wand und Lampe. 150 Euro die Nacht sind absolut nicht angemessen. Das Hotel war nicht kooperativ - hat die Zahlung behalten und ich bin angeekelt gegangen.
