The staff was warm and welcoming. The rooms were luxurious. We felt at home at the gorgeous property, which had some of the best views of Knysna.

Professional, warm, and super accommodating staff who went above and beyond to assist with several requests - from restaurant bookings to taxi services, special dietary requirements, and more. Special mention to Liesl and Rico. Stayed in the penthouse suites - superb views over the lagoon; suites are spacious, comfortable, and clean. Complimentary drinks from the mini bar are a nice touch and the gin cocktails mixed by Rico were an added treat. Yay for the staff who found medication I had misplaced and returned it to my room.
