Zeer warm op de kamer. Airco mocht niet baten

I had a frustrating stay at this hotel. 24 hours before check-out, I asked if I could check out one day early. The front desk told me to contact Booking.com directly. I did so, and Booking.com said they would email the hotel and that if the hotel agreed, I would receive a refund for the early departure. Most hotel does agree in such stiutation. However, the hotel never responded to Booking.com’s email. When I followed up with the front desk, they told me that since it was now within 24 hours of check-out, they would need to wait for the manager, who wouldn't arrive until 9 AM in the\ morning. When the manager finally came, she simply said "no" – no explanation, no apology, just a flat refusal. I didn't even have a chance to talk to the manager. The ironing equipment provided in the room had a sticky, gooey substance on it To make things worse, I was charged for city tax and breakfast for two people, even though one person checked in one day late. This extra charge was added without justification. Overall, the staff were unhelpful, communication was poor, and I left feeling overcharged and dismissed. I would not recommend this hotel.

Saubere Hotel mit guten Zimmern, relativ nah an der Stadt und doch nicht mittendrin. Extra Fahrradcontainer, perfekt! Ein wirklich tolles Frühstück, das natürlich nicht im preis inkludiert, dafür aber sehr reichhaltig war. Ein schöner Aufenthalt, danke!

Het onbijt was meer dan goed, met name het verse fruit is een absolute meerwaarde.

Het bed is smal in de breedte, daardoor het gevoel dat ik eruit kon vallen. Dit komt ook omdat we een breder bed gewend zijn. Wel vond ik dat de matras beter kan. Voelde een beetje zacht waardoor je iets wegzakt en daardoor ondersteuning mis.
