Nice pool

the rules were absolutely overkill , you feel like you can’t move without someone trying to charge you for something and the photos are so outdated ! I booked it for the view and got a view of the trees and I asked if I could pay for an upgrade and they were fully booked. Then the door to our room wouldn’t lock from the inside and we have little kids and when we asked them they said it was fire safety!

"Bring your own face washers, leave your privacy at home"

View of ocean (what we could see through the trees). Comfortable bed. Quiet.

No curtains in living area. Neighbouring guests looked in from their balcony. We value our privacy. No face washers supplied and when we asked for them were told that “noone uses them anymore…we don’t supply them and noone has complained before”. We had to make do by using handtowels which was pretty awkward. There was only pump bottles of hand wash/shower gel etc (no soap bars) which were not fully stocked. We ran out of all of these on day 2 (of our 2 night stay). Ensuite toilet has no door separating it from the bedroom so all sounds and smells were embarrassingly shared. Slippery bathroom floor. Long walk into town. Uphill on way back is a bit of a workout.
