WiFi would have been nice

The WiFi was woeful, so no netflix!! I was in a lower apartment, so there were no ocean views like in the pictures. The noise, I could hear the neighbouring apartments above talking, kids running up and down the hallways to all hours and dragging furniture around like I was in the room with them. On the other side, neighbours were coming home at 3 am and kicking on, so don't expect to be able to get a decent night sleep. A massive dead huntsman spider in the spa bath and no bath plug provided to be able to use it, no thank you 🕷

We loved the location. It was clean and the staff were very helpful.

The managers are not fit to be running a resort which is a shame to see such a good place decline only to blame customers for issues of their making.

Amazing view and great location! It was a nice and peaceful stay. The place is quite large so the kids had their own wing. Short walk to the Carlo sand blow which was a spectacular sight to see. Comfy couch and beds. Enjoyed the spa bath in the master. Staff was nice and checkin/out was easy.

Didn’t love that the master bath didn’t have a bathroom door. We used mostly the bathroom down the hall due to this. Just minor things such as the batteries probably need attention. We replaced the batteries in the tv remote in the master and the clock in the dining room isn’t working. Just a bit tired looking like someone else said but still very clean and the furniture was nice and updated. The wi-fi didn’t work down in the kids from, too far away I guess and I wish the pool was warmer. The kids still swam though but since there wasn’t a hot tub I was hoping the pool was just a bit warmer. Overall, the pros outweigh the minor cons.

The heated pool was lovely. It was close to all that Rainbow Beach had to offer by car. The Surf Club has great meals & you can sit out on the balcony & watch the waves.

For the price, the apartment was in need of some TLC. The couch was huge, but when you sit on it, you feel the wood coming through. Some soft pads under the chairs would help with the noise they made. Also, having no door on the main bathroom was a real downside.
