"Не рекомендую"

В нашем номер было чисто но все принадлежности были в одном экземпляре позвонив два раза на респешн и указав что у нас все по одному нам так и не принесли ничего. В номере не было ни чайных предметов, чайника и тд. Отвратительно для 4 звезд.

"Превосходная командировка "

Приезжали в командировку, остановились в этом отеле. Отличный отель, приветливый и отзывчивый персонал, ресторан с хорошей и вкусной кухней, отличные завтраки.

"Такой внезапный и противоречивый"

Отель произвел неоднозначное впечатление: пафосная мебель в сочетании с дороговизной ресторана сочетается с явным или неявным желанием облукавить - горничная "забудет" положить шампунь, а портье ненароком спишет 200 р. за 2 поллитровых "бонаквы"... Для 4-звездного не слишком удачно расположенного отеля - непозволительная роскошь...

"Definately will not return"

I travel around the world for business and I understand that the standards in Russia are different. This property is typical of the dichotomous conditions I sometimes face. The hotel LOOKS great at first blush. The area it is in is an industrial slum. The there is absolutely no shopping available (not even a convenience store). Bring snacks with you. The soap is the size of a postage stamp, which is unfortunate because the water from the shower is brown and takes forever to warm up even a little bit. You get the idea.
