The breakfast and the location of the hotel.

The staff were polite, but the hotel management and service were disappointing. The door to my room did not work properly, and there was no hairdryer in the room. At check-in, nobody informed me that I could request one from reception. After taking a shower, I called reception to ask for a hairdryer, but I was told that I had to come downstairs myself because there was nobody available to bring it to the room. There was also a lot of noise, although this was something I had expected due to the location, so it was not my main issue. Overall, the stay was uncomfortable because of the poor organization and lack of attention to basic guest needs.

Nice hotel in the center of Ayia Napa. Good breakfast, nice swimming pool, walking distance to beaches, huge parking. Breakfast realy nice with quite selection.
