Amazing apartment! Amazing location, great service and great people!

Pulizia, arredamento, accoglienza, vicinanza al centro.

La struttura è centralissima, a pochi passi dalla piazza centrale. Siamo stati per Natale e l'appartamento ci ha fatto sentire come se fossimo a casa...e per certi aspetti meglio. Arredato con cura, mobili su misura e di qualità. La cucina era perfetta e dotata di tutto l'occorrente, anche perché con noi c'era nostra figlia di 3 anni. Caffè, the, aggiunti ogni giorno. Erroneamente non avevo incluso la bimba nella prenotazione, ma lo staff non ha fatto alcun problema e lei ha soggiornato senza un sovrapprezzo. Il bagno dotato di tutti i confort: accappatoi, teli, asciugamani, prodotti per il corpo, phon professionale...e persino la musica in filodiffusione (presente oltre che nel bagno, anche nel resto della casa). Pulizia top. La consiglierei e se dovessi tornare a Cracovia, prenoterò sicuramente in questa struttura.

חדרים גדולים ומרווחים, רמה גבוהה של המתקן, קרוב מאוד לבזיליקה. הקבלה פתוחה על 20:00 ומספקים שירות מהיר ואדיב. סייעו לנו עם הסעה לשדה - רכב גדול במחיר הגון. לנתי גבר בקרקוב במלון 5 כוכבים - המלון דירות הזה לא נופל ממנו. תמורה ענקית למחיר

This is the cleanest place I have ever stayed! Location is excellent, 15 second walk to the main square. Room was spacious - bed was super comfortable and the bathroom was amazing! The apartment had a hob, toaster, kettle, all cutlery, utensils, fridge, a pot and pan - an umbrella, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, Nespresso machine, robes and slippers… I could go on and on… Highly recommend a stay here, was such good value for money, beautiful decor and friendly staff! I will definitely be back!

A very pleasant hotel that left only the best impressions. The staff is excellent — very friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist. Housekeeping is of a very high standard: everything is clean and well maintained, with great attention to detail. The room was very comfortable and we liked it a lot. The location is absolutely perfect — it’s hard to imagine a better one. The hotel is right in the city center, within walking distance of all the main attractions. We stayed during winter and the heating was excellent — even a bit too warm at times, so we had to turn it down. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily choose this hotel again.
