It was really nice experience to stay there. Host is really nice and friendly person, breakfasts were delicious and room was really, cozy and clean. Also the location is perfect.

"Best stay in Cape Town"

Maartens Guesthouse is a major recommendation! After being in Cape Town for 10 weeks at multiple different stays, I immediately knew this would be my favorite after only arriving at this beautiful house. Maarten is an angel and is very hospitable, same goes for the other staff. The room went beyond expectations, it was so nice I had trouble leaving! The location is prime: safe, breathtaking views, and very central. I can’t wait to come back one day!

"A perfect little spot to sleep, set up and work, and be in a perfect location to explore the city."

The location was the best! Just a short walk down to the hub of Seapoint and the promenade, or a short Uber drive if we wanted to go a little further out.

We would have preferred fresh towels daily.

It was such homely, safe and clean property. The WiFi was good, the breakfast buffet was refreshing. Maarten the host was very accommodating and he helped me get acquainted with the city. I highly recommend!
